Our Gourmet Candlelit Homemade Breakfasts always feature ingredients fresh from the fertile Lebanon Valley of Pennsylvania—home of our Inn. Our quest is for the freshest, most tasty ingredients, and as many as possible are “Farm to Table” sourcing our neighboring farmers. Rosalie only uses the highest quality ingredients and puts decades of culinary training and love into every dish she creates. Each day is completely different. The elegant table settings are perfection.
We are pleased to serve a complimentary full gourmet candle-lit breakfast to our guests and we take into consideration any special dietary needs or restrictions. Breakfast is typically served in Main Dining Room at 9:00 AM. Time exceptions can be arranged based upon availability.
Are you a “foodie?” If so, you might enjoy pre-enrolling for a customized cooking class! If so, you would come back at 1:00 PM to spend your afternoon and evening at one of our Acclaimed Chef Cooking Classes, but you’ll need to set up the class with Rosalie a minimum of four weeks in advance.
