The sparkling cleanliness, the freshness, the…. purity of everything and the overall “vibe” make this inn unlike any other we have ever stayed at. The Innkeeper, Rosalie, is boundless in her genuine and sincere attention and graciousness. I can’t imagine having her energy and enthusiasm. Besides being a marvelous “people person” and caring, attentive Innkeeper, she is a fabulous Chef. She has the best B&B in the whole region if not the entire East Coast! Over the top, best experience ever. Five out of Five Stars, without any shadow of a doubt. Bravo to Rosalie and Annville Inn!
This is our 2nd visit to the Inn, only three months after our first!
Love, love, love everything about here. The people, the décor, the hospitality. My husband and I came here both times to ignite that spark. And, after all the pampering, and comforts we feel here. We leave planning our next trip…and we only live six miles from here!!! But coming here I feel like I enter into a whole new world of peace.
Lovely setting
The lovely setting, the attention from the moment we rang the doorbell, the yummy sweets and great coffee, and especially the fireplace and hot tub made our January stay at the Inn special. The Great Southwest Room reminded me of our visit to the Southwest USA. Being here before the Christmas takedown was great. We loved the 42 Christmas trees and all the decorations that made this Christmas so memorable.

We arrived at this beautiful oasis and were greeted with the kindest soul and sweetest smile. Rosalie!
Immediately we felt welcome and “at home”. The chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. The bed—the most amazing bed I have ever dreamt about, what a newfound paradise for us! We woke up to the most amazing breakfast and more interaction with a soul so bright and shiny the raindrops outside seemed no more than sunshine drops from heaven. After a day at Hersheypark and a great restaurant, awoke again to a breakfast that could not be any more delicious. And every morning with Rosalie’s radiant smile and warm soul. Wore PJ’s all the next day and had her tasty picnic indoors while enjoying the movie room—bliss!

Such a wonderful, relaxing and fun experience. Rosalie and her husband, Craig were wonderful at attending to our needs. They were so kind. Upon arriving they gave us a grand tour of the inn and history about the inn and surrounding area. There are so many places to relax, from the jacuzzi in the room, game room, theater room, sitting areas with books and games to several outside spaces. There are so many wonderful surprises inside and outside of the inn. You have to check it out for yourself!

Wonderful Retreat!
We had a wonderful weekend here! The rooms were beautiful, and Rosalie’s breakfasts were fantastic. Both Rosalie and Craig have a wealth of information on activities in the area, and the attention to detail was amazing. The gardens on the property are extensive- next time I plan to come when the flowers are blooming!

This bed and breakfast took my breath away. The gardens they have are breath taking! It’s so clean and pure. They show the absolute best hospitality. The food is awesome. You can definitely tell they take pride in what they do and love it all. Craig loves his gardens and takes care of them very well. A true gardener for sure. Rosalie is so sweet and helpful. She makes the breakfasts delicious! This is the place to go for sure especially in late spring early summer if you want to see this place beautiful gardens. Oh, and the rose garden is spectacular. This is a must-see place!

I brought my girlfriend out for a romantic birthday surprise and was not expecting to find such a wonderful place. Rosalie, the innkeeper went above and beyond in every single aspect during every single moment of our stay. The facilities were breathtaking and welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable. I’ve never felt so welcomed and cared for in my entire life. If you are staying anywhere near this area, do yourself a favor and stay here. If you are looking for a romantic or welcoming bed and breakfast, stay here no matter how far you have to travel. I promise it will be worth the trip!

Rosalie, Craig and Lisa, It’s been way too long since our last visit—six years! But the Inn continues to get better and better. It’s amazing how many details and touches Rosalie adds to literally every square inch of the property! This place has such special memories for us. It’s now been the stop we regularly make before moving on to see my family in Williamsport. Thank you for being so hospitable and caring. This is a unique and so very special place.
2nd Visit to Annville Inn, More to Come!
We just returned from our 2nd trip to the Annville Inn. This time we stayed in the Secret Room. Everything was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were super soft. We enjoyed their flower gardens, the new swing, the pool and a bonfire. Although we did not use them, they also have a hot tub, a pool table and a theater room. The two breakfasts we had were very good as well. I have a nut allergy and Rosalie was very careful about not cross contaminating anything. Rosalie and Craig are a wonderful couple. They want to make sure everyone is having a nice stay. They have lots of ideas about things to do around the area as well as places to eat dinner. I would highly recommend the Annville Inn.

I am afraid to be candid as we will never be able to book it again (,she will always be booked full!) But this was a gem! 100% a gem, a delight. Gorgeous location, the warmest hosts ever and a grand house. We were in the Secret Room; our doorway was hidden behind a bookcase that needed a secret way to open it into a beautiful room. This is a big home, a grand estate surrounded by corn fields and with a vista to the mountains in the distance. Our biggest regret, that we could have stayed for more days just to stay on the 3 acres of the grounds and relaxed

There’s no place like Annville Inn!
We discovered the Annville Inn 13 years ago when we needed a getaway from the stresses of city life and a busy household full of teenagers. It was such a beautiful place, with wonderful hosts and extensive amenities, we’ve been back at least once a year ever since! Now we come here from our empty nest to relax, enjoy the gardens and scenery, and get caught up with Craig and Rosalie who are not only the best innkeepers ever but have become dear friends.
We’ve stayed in every room at least once, and they’re all comfortable, interesting, sparklingly clean, artistically appointed, and homey. The softest sheets and pillows, perfect mattresses and bathrooms, and oh! yes! the chocolate bars . . . who could ask for more?
Rosalie is a gourmet cook and prepares a luscious breakfast every morning which pleases every palate, from the simplest to the most sophisticated. And Craig’s interesting stories, dad jokes and juice-pouring expertise are second to none.
Over the years it’s been obvious that the physical space is excellently maintained and constantly improved. Everything looks intentional and artistic – from the outdoor gardens, pool and ponds to the indoor plants and furnishings. They have always set such high standards of cleanliness as well as comfort that, even working in the healthcare world, we felt perfectly confident to stay here as soon as they re-opened after the quarantine was lifted.

Well, the four nights we stayed were blissful. Rosalie is the sweetest and she pays attention to every single detail. Old Hands at Cooking Classes.
We’re “foodies” and have been to about 30 cooking classes or demonstrations in as many years. Some from famous TV chefs that charge 10 times what you charge, and only for about an hour’s worth of time in their presence. At Annville Inn, we not only experienced your world class Inn (no wonder it was suggested to us by friends in Belgium, we couldn’t believe they were in Europe and recommending a country inn in Pennsylvania, but they knew about you!!!!), we also experienced the best innkeeper whose attention to detail and whose bright and warm and most sincere greeting put us at east immediately. The best of the best. Then…the cooking class—again, hands down…the best cooking class we have EVER attended. Not a lecture or demonstration, but we worked right alongside Chef Lisa. She and Rosalie are both amazing at culinary arts. Lisa started out with kitchen sanitation, knife skills, and other specifics other chefs in other towns had barely touched on. From Rosalie’s warm and sincere greeting and her beautiful smile and voice to the sad parting when we had to leave, we have had the very best of best experiences.

Bar Set Very High!
Where do we begin? We’ve stayed at a different B&B here in the Hershey area in the past. Never have we stayed in such a spectacular place. The environment is so romantic. Every dream you had shows. Every turn is perfection. A theatre, the green house room, having a spa– I can go on…this feels ore like a resort than a B&B. Can’t express how amazing both Victor and I felt. This is by far the most relaxed weekend I’ve had. Reading a book, watching a movie in the theatre, playing scrabble, just doing nothing…felt awesome. The Great Southwest Room, the romance, the coziness. Everything beyond my expectations and dreams. The breakfasts…JUST DELICIOUS. The detail in all you do. The kindness you showed us. We can never thank you enough for the best weekend we’ve ever had. We will be Back!

The sparkling cleanliness, the freshness, the…. purity of everything and the overall “vibe” make this inn unlike any other we have ever stayed at. The Innkeeper, Rosalie, is boundless in her genuine and sincere attention and graciousness. She makes everyone about her feel good through her own “vibe” and positive spirit and obvious joy at being an Innkeeper. I can’t imagine having her energy and enthusiasm. Besides being a marvelous “people person” and caring, attentive Innkeeper, she is a fabulous Chef. We—and we heard others saying something similar—think if she opened a restaurant, she’d have the best in the area. Already, she has the best B&B in the Hershey-Lancaster-Harrisburg area, if not the entire East Coast! Over the top, best experience ever. Five out of Five Stars, without any shadow of a doubt. Simply the best, and we are seasoned B&B people…we’ve been members of Select Registry, who rate Annville Inn as among the best, for well over a decade. Bravo to Rosalie and Annville Inn! (PS: Her housekeeping staff are attentive and obviously very well trained, they are wonderful, and that’s a credit back to Rosalie as the owner.)
