Shaq-A-Licious Laff Trakk is coming to Hersheypark!
Pennsylvania’s largest amusement park, recently announced some new and exciting changes coming to one of its popular indoor rides.
Shaq-A-Licious Laff Trakk is coming to Hersheypark! According to Hersheypark, they will soon be unveiling a first-of-its-kind Halloween partnership with the big man himself, Shaquille O’Neal. Shaq-A-Licious Laff Trakk isn’t Hersheypark’s first collaboration with Mr. O’Neal. Last year, Hersheypark partnered with “Shaq” to reveal a widely popular snack, “Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies.”
The “new” attraction is for the fall only. Hersheypark says this immersive overlay of Laff Trakk (becoming Shaq-A-Licious Laff Trakk) will be temporary, as an element of Hersheypark’s Halloween seasonal event and “Dark Nights”, which run from September 12 through November 2, 2025.
“We’re taking the flavor and the fun of my Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies and blowing it up into a larger-than-life adventure,” Shaquille O’Neal said. “From the second you step inside, this ride brings non-stop energy and laughs.”
The metamorphosis from “Laff Trak” to “Shaq-A-Licious LaffTrakk” will create a fun and memorable experience for Hersheypark visitors. It will feature glowing visuals, immersive graphic displays that capture the playful spirit of Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies, and heightened sensory experiences with new audio.
Hersheypark has stated that the revised ride will also feature a curated voice-over provided by O’Neal himself. The temporary “makeover” marks the first-of-its-kind coaster overlay at Pennsylvania’s largest amusement park.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with Shaquille O’Neal on a one-of-a-kind ride experience you can only find at Hersheypark Halloween and Dark Nights,” Vikki Hultquist, Vice President of Hersheypark and Entertainment Operations, said. “Get ready for a bigger, bolder, XL ride through a Shaq-ified world of giant glowing gummies, bass-pumping beats and over-the-top fruit-flavored mayhem at Shaq-A-Licious Laff Trakk.”
According to Hersheypark, they will further activate this brand partnership with new food and beverage offerings, as well as exclusive retail during Hersheypark Halloween.
Open weekends September 12 through November 2.
