A Perfect Location for Boutique, Intimate Ceremonies

We answer the call for intimate weddings in Central Pennsylvania. We understand that big elaborate “pull out all the stops” weddings with enormous costs aren’t the best answer for everyone.  Our sensitive approach to weddings and special celebrations has provided the perfect solution for many couples over the years. We’ve hosted celebrations with as few as two guests to as many as 15 participants for outdoor weddings, or up to 12 for indoor weddings. We are not licensed for large weddings, event tents, etc.; however, we are ideal for romantic elopements, intimate weddings, or small family gatherings.

We provide Elopement Packages with your choice of flowers and beautiful locations at Annville Inn Bed & Breakfast. Even the officiant and a decorative license document may be included!

Garden Weddings

We will tour our botanical gardens with you and show you more than 12 exciting potential locations you can explore, and find the perfect place that “speaks to you.”

Indoor Weddings

When you come to tour the inn for planning your wedding, we will show you multiple locations inside and discuss logistics.

Intimate Family Weddings

Outdoors: Up to 15 guests | Indoors: Up to 12 guests

There are many details to work out to plan your perfect day. So that your wedding at Annville Inn Bed & Breakfast flows smoothly for you, we will schedule a planning meeting with Rosalie, your Innkeeper.   She is an excellent resource and brings ample experience to help you plan your dream wedding.

Start with your choice of guest room for at least two nights.  Then we will add the base price and à la carte choices determined at the planning meeting.

Base Price varies based upon length of day, starting at $750 for four hours and includes:

  • Initial Planning Meeting with Rosalie to map out every detail for a flawless day

  • Use of our venue with your choice of location at the inn

As a result of our planning meeting, you can have us provide any of these options, each priced separately:

  • Bouquet & Boutonniere (Your Colors)

  • Champagne Toast

  • Two-Tier Wedding Cake

  • Catered Hors d’Oeuvre Reception (Outdoors up to 15 guests, Indoors up to 12 guests)

  • Catered Dinner (Outdoors up to 15 guests, Indoors up to 12 guests)

  • Wedding Officiant

  • Parking Attendant
