Tallest Swing in the World to Open at Hersheypark
Tallest swing in the world to open at Hersheypark this summer! It will be named the “Twizzlers Twisted Gravity” swing. According to Hersheypark, the plan is for the swing to be available sometime in the spring…summer for sure.
Hersheypark is opening on April 5th, 2025, and will be kicking off their 119th season with the all-new attraction, the tallest swing in the world, “Twizzlers Twisted Gravity.”

- Twizzlers Twisted Gravity will seat 40 riders.
- Ascend 137 adrenaline-pumping feet high (that’s about as high as a 14-story building!) Making it the tallest swing in the world!
- Defy gravity as you swing at speeds reaching 68 MPH. Experience multiple mind-bending zero G moments.

- The tallest swing in the world will be located in The Hallow next to Great Bear and The Overlook Cafe.
- Fast track is available for tourists in the Summer, Fall, and Christmas seasons for this world’s tallest swing ride.
Twizzlers Twisted Gravity features the newest candy to join the iconic Hersheypark skyline with a one-of-a-kind design unique to Hershey. The attraction boasts the distinct Twizzlers red color throughout the design and features two 20-person gondolas with four Twizzlers-branded zones. Guests can sit in gondolas uniquely themed to Twizzlers Strawberry, Cherry, Hershey’s Chocolate and Black Licorice.

History of this World First!
The tallest Swing in the World at Hersheypark was announced in November 2024, at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions at in Orlando, Fla. Hersheypark and S&S Worldwide unveiled the gondola design for the all-new 2025 Twizzlers Twisted Gravity attraction. The high-thrill pendulum attraction will be the “tallest screamin’ swing in the world when it opens at the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania this summer 2025.
