Koziar’s Christmas Village – A Must See Holiday Attraction
Frequently appearing on nearly everyone’s Top Christmas Season Highlights lists, Koziar’s Christmas Village is recognized in directory after directory as one of the must-see Christmas experiences in Pennsylvania. Koziar’s is just 30–35 minutes from Annville Inn, making this iconic attraction well worth the drive.
Featuring more than one million holiday lights visitors can stroll through the village while enjoying festive music, themed scenes, model railroads, and so much more.
Koziar’s Farm
Koziar’s is a working farm that has been decorated by generations of the Koziar family dating back to the 1940s. Decorating begins as early as June, with the village opening to the public during Thanksgiving week. This year, the displays will remain open through January 3.

When William M. Koziar first began decorating the farm in 1948, the display was created simply for the enjoyment of his wife, Grace, and their four children. Originally centered around the house and barn, the display soon expanded to include the lake, walkways, trees, and fences—eventually becoming the beloved attraction it is today.
Unlike a drive-through light show, Koziar’s Christmas Village is a walk-through experience featuring numerous buildings, each offering something unique. One building may house a charming bakery, while another showcases antique Christmas displays.
Plan to spend about two hours exploring the village—longer if you’d like to visit every building and take your time enjoying each display.
Over the years, Koziar’s Christmas Village has received numerous accolades, including Best Outdoor Christmas Display in the World from Display World magazine.

Koziar’s offers a park-and-walk vintage Christmas lights experience with paved, well-lit walkways that are wheelchair- and stroller-friendly. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for free rental. Explore at your own pace, with unguided tours typically taking 60–90 minutes. Since displays are both indoors and outdoors, guests should dress appropriately for the weather.
Koziar’s Christmas Village is open rain or shine. However in the event of a rare emergency snow closing a post will be put out on their website and Facebook page.
