A Legacy Rooted in Community
Sycamore Spring story began when the Hess family planted their first trees in the orchard more than 40 years ago. Over the decades, Sycamore Spring grew from the small family orchard to a prospering market and bakery.
In March 2025, the Hair family proudly purchased 
Sycamore Spring Bakery & Farm Market from the Hess family. With great respect for the market’s history, the Hair family committed to preserving the legacy built over the decades while leading the business into its next chapter.
While still in their first years of business and actively working on setting their footing, the Hair family plans to expand the business in the future. Possible ventures to come include ‘Pick Your Own Herbs’ and even a farm animal petting zoo.
